This #PrideMonth was one to remember. We’ve honored, we’ve celebrated, we’ve learned, and we will continue to advocate in the spirit of empowering the #LGBTQIA+ community. From one corner of the world to another, our team is committed to creating a safe and inclusive PTC for All. 🌈
PTC India conducted its first session about sensitizing employees and respecting differently-abled individuals. Subha Pandian and Sunitha Vikram from Agua Women’s Leadership facilitated this session, and they spoke about various disabilities, overcoming microaggressions, using the right language and signs, and most importantly, hanging our mindsets. Three of our employees who identify as differently-abled, shared their experiences, making this event even more meaningful. We are particularly proud of Debanjan Bose, Grishma Oswal, and Sushma Rai who courageously, and for the first time, provided insights into their personal and professional milestones. Our PTC SMART Employee Resource Group does commendable work in this field; and for that, we are grateful.
The Healey-Driscoll Administration joined us at our HQ location in the Boston Seaport for the 2023 “Reimagining High School” STEM Summit. The event is centered on the work unfolding across the Commonwealth and guest speakers discussed the employer partnerships aimed at providing women, people of color, and underrepresented groups within STEM opportunities to learn and excel. Special thanks to Secretary of Education, Patrick Tutwiler, PhD and Lt. Governor of Massachusetts, Kim Driscoll for moderating. #MASTEMSummit
Team members from our #Barcelona office hit the beach as part of the collaboration with the Surfrider Foundation of Europe. The day was spent beautifying the area and learning more about how to protect and enhance our planet through sustainable actions. #EarthWeek 🌎
It's official! PTC has completed the acquisition of leading SaaS field service management provider ServiceMax.

Mental health remains such a critical component to our overall well-being. In honor of #WorldMentalHealthDay, teams from across the globe participated in week-long programming, including mindful meditations and webinars in the spirit of taking pause and learning about ways to create, preserve, and promote holistic health. We are especially grateful to our Energize ERG, a group of committed employees who continue to inspire us to prioritize ourselves and in turn, empower others to do the same – last week and beyond.
Congrats to PTC's own Kameelah Benjamin-Fuller, who has received the 2022 Mosaic Award for her exemplary leadership in the development of a more equitable, inclusive, and diverse tech workforce in Massachusetts. Vice President of Windchill Digital Thread, Jeff Zemsky and Director of Media Production, Matt Butler hit the road to take part in this year’s Pan-Mass Challenge. The duo proudly represented Team PTC alongside Michael Campbell, Geoff Johnson, Ethan Keller, John Rousseau, and John Tracy. Collectively, the team has helped raise over $65,000 and counting. This year, as part of our sponsorship, PTC team members rode in memory of Carl Ockerbloom, Cheun Lee, Maya Shpilerman, Tammi Bond, Mark Brace and others who have lost their battles with cancer. If you’d like to contribute to this incredible cause, please visit our fundraising page to learn more about how you can support the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in its commitment to providing compassion and care to those who need it most.
