Pros

Used to be a good culture.

Cons

A new interim CEO (who may last as little as 30 days) came. He has already: 1) advised everyone in his introductory call that he wants to bring people back to the office despite being a full-time remote company for 10 years, whilst he gets to continue working from home/on the road because he is "most successful" doing that. 2) Decided to lay off thousands of people with no warning. Today was their last day. Many of them have onsite visits scheduled with clients in the upcoming week that they won't have time to delegate to colleagues before their accounts are wiped. So much for doing the right thing the right way: this screws up both PB employees AND the clients. It seems almost like this CEO is really here to sabotage us. We're already only a mid-sized company and we're already trying to do whatever we can to stay afloat in a dying industry. I was not laid off, but I am strongly considering pursuing jobs elsewhere. To all who were laid off, know that the rest of us are sorry and that we are FURIOUS for you.

Pros

I work at my own pace because I know what is expected of me and I achieve that and more. People say the mailing market is dying and that is far from the truth more and more clients are expanding their mailroom and making their mailing more intelligent. Of course this company is focusing on software because clients want that intelligence they want to know what's happening in their mailroom and they want to be able to focus on what's important when it comes to their mail which is Security

Cons

No cons right now and none in the foreseeable future. As I stated above this company is amazing and they take care of their own

Pros

Amazing co-workers, competetive pay, cross training and learning opportunities. People were willing to help teach you and there were a lot of good mentors to choose from. Benefits were decent, and they even offer tuition assistance.

Cons

My biggest concern was the turnover and constant laying off I witnessed while employed there. They are attempting to re-brand themselves as a SaaS company, and seem to be unsure of how to do it successfully. Their solution to every bump in the road seems to be to lay off more people, leaving more work for less people with no increase in salary, which is highly discouraging and causes those employees to panic and quit. I also felt they were very top-heavy and had way too many levels of management. It is a shame, because the people that work there are great, and if you can survive the layoffs you can really grow there, but the environment felt really unstable. I wondered every day if it would be my last until it ultimately was, which I have never experienced with other employers. I never felt fully settled in and felt my job was in jeopardy from day one.
