We are sorry that you had a bad experience while working at Fraser. Our goal is to provide all employees with a safe and healthy work environment. To that end, Fraser complies with and follows all regulatory guidelines regarding the health and safety of pregnant workers as well as follows all specific physician accommodations when presented to our Human Resources group. Regarding remote/hybrid work, managers are empowered to use methods that provide the best collaboration and productivity for their departments. For some departments, this requires a hybrid schedule, while others prefer to work in the office. If you would like to speak with Human Resources about any of these issues, we’d welcome the opportunity. We wish you the best in your career.

Too much favoritism

Pros

There is no cap on income. Descent salary and benefits for entry level sales people. Car allowance. Do some fun activities ady sales meetings

Cons

The management at the top is either ok with their most tenyered employees being handed deals while watching new hires come and go like a revolving door. large accounts get "protected" for certain people that don't even work them but get handed the RFP when those clients request them. These individuals are perennial all stars because their bosses hand them accounts and expect everyone else to sell and find 30k of new business every month or they are terminated after a short period of time, usually less than 6 months.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are committed to creating a transparent and collaborative environment for our sales team so that all reps can succeed. Fraser employs major account executives who have both industry experience and knowledge needed to handle larger clients’ needs. As with many entry-level positions, high turnover can happen. But with Fraser's outstanding Sales Training program, all new sales representatives can be highly successful in our company. This is evidenced by two rookie reps earning their way into the President’s Club during their first year with the company. While that isn’t the “norm” for new reps, our training program certainly shows it can be done. Finally, 98% of our sales reps report that they are actively engaged with and happy within our sales structure. We hope that you will take advantage of our award-winning Sales Training and can succeed moving forward.

Pros

Location, being able to walk to a bunch of places over lunch is the only remaining pro

Cons

* took away ability to work a hybrid schedule, which was one of the only pros for this job * the insurance is a joke * everything gets blamed on the accounting department when other departments set them up for failure * leadership for accounting in particular is a joke.

We're sorry your experience at Fraser was not a positive one. Hybrid schedules are still available and are determined by department managers. Our benefits package provides a comprehensive suite of services including medical, dental and vision insurance. Fraser is proud to have held benefit costs in check and not raised employee contributions in more than 8 years. It is our goal to provide employees with the best possible value in their benefits package. If you experienced favoritism in any way, we encourage you to reach out to your manager or our Human Resources group to discuss. Our goal is to provide a safe and healthy work environment for all of our employees.
