Pros

No one is ever in the office.

Cons

This company has MAJOR issues that go beyond typical workplace challenges. They constantly lack professionalism, and there are multiple instances where comments made in the workplace crossed the line (sexist/racist) and created an uncomfortable environment for myself and my coworkers. Leadership does not hold individuals accountable, which allows inappropriate behavior to go unaddressed. Company meetings, which should be focused on strategy and alignment, include commentary that was incredibly offensive and inappropriate. They are going to try to sell you on the idea of how much you can make during the interview process but not support you to make it. Commission structures and payouts are not clear, and there are situations where earnings are withheld without explanation. It makes it difficult to trust the “process” or any of the leadership. They only look out for themselves. While there are hardworking individuals here, the overall environment, leadership and culture make it challenging to feel confident in long-term success.

Than you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your expereince at Fraser is not reflecting the kind of workplace culture we strive to maintain. We want to be very clear that Fraser does not tolerate racist, sexist or discriminatory behavior of any kind. We encourage any employee who experiences or witnesses inappropriate conduct to report it to their manager and/or HR so concerns can be addressed promptly and appropriately. Creating a respectful and professional environment for all employees remains a core company value. We also understand the importance of transparency and trust when it comes to compensation. For commission-based sales roles, compensation plans and commission structures are reviewed directly with employees by sales management at the beginning of each year, and employees formally acknowledge those plans. If questions or concerns arise, they are discussed with management, and when needed, escalated to HR for further review and resolution. While we recognize that not every employee experience will be the same, we take all feedback seriously and continually evaluate ways to improve communication, leadership development and the overall employee experience. We appreciate the contributions of our team members and remain committed to fostering a workplace built on accountability, professionalism and opportunity. If you'd like to discuss any of the items addressed, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Director of HR at 610.378.0101.

Pros

Not applicable/none to mention or note.

Cons

The experience you have here will directly depend on which manager you report to/which office you’re working out of. The culture and “leadership approach” make it impossible for anyone to thrive. Everyone is constantly worried they’re getting fired (even if they’re doing well) because the company is constantly playing favorites. They are happy to harass and bully anyone. Communication and leadership styles are inconsisten to say the very least. Professionalism is never prioritized. You will not be supported. They promise the world then pull the rug from under you once you commit to the company.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we recognize that your experience with Fraser was clearly frustrating, we are disappointed to hear that it left you with such a negative impression of the company. We understand that employees evaluate a workplace through many different lenses, including leadership support, training, communication, compensation and career development.
