      Hours are flexible and it is a pretty easy job once you get the hang of things.

      Cons

      Customers are always complaining about something, so don't work if you don't have a tolerance for that.

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
