      Transport issues, For cost cutting purpose they internally promotes the Leaders , which effects the quality of the leadership as point of view of work profile.

      Great benefits and great leadership. Lots of room to be promoted and or move to another location if needed.

      Not a lot of cons unless you don't like to work or show up on time - if you are willing to do your best you get recognized
