      Waste management is awesome!

      Pros

      Great service from waste management. Rizzo Enviromental hires and fires help daily. Without telling employees why or how to get better.

      Cons

      Since I have experienced waste management I have no complaints. People call in daily to complain about the littlest things. Be considerate of the stress that customer service has to deal with.

      Pros

      Great benefits. They match 401k and give you discounts on buying stocks. My stock options typically earn me an extra 2k-4k a year depending on the fluctuation of market pricing. My heath insurance is the most comprehensive I have ever had. Full time employees start out with two weeks of paid vacations which increases to three weeks when you hit five years of employment

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time while working at Waste Management. The employees really care about going above and beyond for the customer, and it shows. And the supervisors/managers all work together so that everything runs seamlessly. The insurance and benefits plans are phenomenal. I would definitely recommend applying to anyone that is thinking about it!

      Cons

      It can get repetitive occasionally, but so does every other job.
