Pros
Milwaukee is an outstanding company to launch a career with. They are currently growing at an incredible rate which gives them the resources to take care of their employees financially and with good benefits. The company culture is great and it provides an excellent workplace when values are prioritized and followed.
Cons
The program that I currently work in has not provided me with a good working experience with Milwaukee. The playing field is not equal while working in the program. Some associates are provided with good projects and managers while others are not. It is difficult to optimize my professional development when I have such little control over my job.
