I have been worked in DCKAP for almost 1.5years as Technical Trainer in DCKAP Palli. I'm writing this review to express my gratitude for the providing me a great space to take decision and develop myslef professionally. First of all you won't see any hierarchy inside the team. HR and all the team leads are very humble and supports you in any critical situation and helps you to unleash your inner potential to become a great leader, Sometimes you might not even aware of your hidden skills, but the team leads will make you realize your hidden skills by providing you with multiple opportunites in diversed areas. I truly enjoyed working at DCKAP and I'm grateful that I had worked with 2 amazing leaders Srija and Sunil. Glad I had an opportunity to grab great learnings here for my personal and professional life!
