      Pros

      Great people to work with stateside, only three of us, as well as abroad. The programmers and programming managers work in India. Most are contract employees.

      Cons

      Programmers lacked experience which led to a SOW loaded with too many hours that made us noncompetitive for bids.

      Thanks for taking the time to write your review. We do not have contract employees in our India office and all are full-time. The average experience of our developers is 5+ years and most of them are certified, Project Managers have PMP Certifications / Six Sigma Certified Quality Analysts. The estimation is based on the time it takes to complete specific assignments and we take accountability of quality and delivery. We have a lean team (in the States) by choice and pass on the benefits to our customers. Thank you.
