      Pros

      Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.

      I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

      I genuinely don't have anything negative to say at this moment.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, great and supportive team members, volunteer events, ability to work remote. Beautiful office in Canton that you can visit any day during the week and work.

      Cons

      It can get a little hectic some days and you'll need to be super organized.
