      Pros

      Base compensation is competitive for certain corporate roles. Benefits overall are good. Unlimited PTO is not.

      Cons

      Compensation does not keep pace with cost of living while C suite comp is outrageous. Culture is toxic, non sales employees are not valued and tenure and employee investment are not valued at all. Complete disconnect and lack of understanding by leadership that engaged employees who feel valued and are not burned out are more efficient and effective.

      Managers have to sign off and approve you to interview for other roles within the company.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
