Pros

Hard working and brilliant people. Lots of autonomy in most departments to bring your expertise to the table. Company is in growth mode and undergoing a refresh in a few different key areas. This is exciting and scary to some. Benefits are great! Hybrid work policy is a perfect balance for most. Great community and charity engagement.

Cons

Certain department leaders take a while to implement new processes, policies, ways of thinking. Normal for an organization undergoing change and growth, but frustrating at times.

Pros

Some of the people who work there are awesome! But the good folks are leaving as fast as they can find other jobs.

Cons

Toxic. Management ranges from automatons to feudal lords. Not sure which is worse. The private equity owners want to make their numbers at all cost, then they'll probably flip the company or close it down.

Pros

Great starter job for recent college graduates. parking BART

Cons

Low pay: The average salary is 60K-70K at other firms The hours are horrible 5am-2pm and you have to work holidays from 3am to 10am the benefits are a joke the concord office is slowly moving to phoenix AZ to cut cost they get most of their staff from bay area tech-workers ( they pay you $18 an hour and then $24.04 if AssetMark gives you an offer) there is a lot of turnover because people are finding better jobs with higher pay
