"Being a woman in tech is not about being a woman or being in tech it is about being part of an industry that is changing the world." - Dr Anita Sands. Recently our Global Women’s Network had the pleasure of hosting a Fireside Chat with Anita Sands. Anita spoke about a topic that is very near and dear to our hearts as well as her own, diversity, inclusion and most importantly, belonging. Thank you Anita for making such an impact on all our Humans. #weworkhuman #wisdomcards
This past Saturday was World Gratitude Day! To celebrate this joyous occasion we were delighted to welcome more than 100 guests to our Dublin and U.S. offices on Thursday for “Bring Your Gratitude to Work Day.” To mark the celebration we invited our own humans to bring in a person they were grateful for. It was a fun filled day with food and drink as well as many activities to treat our guests! Activities included photobooths, tours of our office spaces, and educational sessions that allowed guests to learn more about our products and our mission of changing the world with gratitude. Additionally, our guests were able to experience the power of our social recognition platform at our Gratitude Bar and send messages of gratitude and appreciation to loved ones. We can’t wait for next year’s event already!
We were honoured to be at the Women in Technology World Series in Dublin last week. It was fantastic to speak to so many participants at our booth across the two days as well as hearing from the many inspirational speakers. One of which was our own Niamh Graham, VP of Global HR. Niamh spoke about De-Coding Culture and the importance of positivity fuelling positivity. #WinTechSeries #womenintech #weworkhuman
