TI has announced plans to expand our use of renewable electricity over the next six years. Key milestones include reaching 100% renewable electricity in 300mm manufacturing operations by 2025, 100% in U.S. operations by 2027 and 100% in worldwide operations by 2030. Fern Yoon is passionate about paving the road ahead for women engineers and the future of vehicle electrification. When Fern decided to study engineering in college, a friend told her that women don’t go into engineering. Determined to prove her friend wrong, Fern responded, "Watch me." More than 15 years later – now the leader of our automotive systems engineering and marketing team – Fern continues to be a remarkable role model and advocate for gender equality in engineering.
