Happy Women's Equality Day to all our women-identifying colleagues at Pfizer. At Pfizer we believe in equality, we celebrate and are dedicated to work together to empower women. Over the past few years, we’ve come together as a company to honor women. We’ve started a program called “Women in Shifts” the program creatively addresses local labor legislation mandates regarding safety and security for women during “dark-hour” shifts. The program supports business needs, helps female colleagues meet their career aspirations, and advances diversity and inclusion. While strengthening our commitment to equality, we conducted a global gender pay equity and U.S. race pay equity analysis. The data confirmed equitable pay practices at Pfizer between women and men globally, as well as between minorities and non-colleagues in the U.S. We pay our female colleague globally at greater than 99% of what we pay male colleagues. Real success within a company comes with equal opportunities and Pfizer we strive to increase the representation of women. #WomensEqualityDay
Happy International Cat Day Meet Nymphadora 🐱 She is always by Pfizer colleague Amber's side when reading, so what a purrrfect picture for her 📖
Pfizer is proud to partner with the National Association of Black Journalists and the National Association of Hispanic Journalists to host an important conversation with leaders across biopharma, healthcare and advocacy to discuss why working with patients is central to tackling a wide range of health disparities from pre-existing conditions and maternal mortality to COVID-19 and cancer, helping to increase health equity and create better outcomes for patients and their families. 👏

A closer look at "Joyfest" a colleague-only event that was hosted by us in Pennsylvania to build hygiene kits for the people of Ukraine. After building the kits the employees got to play carnival games, our colleague Joana won this little guy at ✨JOYFEST✨
"At Pfizer, I was further met with more support as I further developed my skills as a scientist. Here, I learned how to take pride in my disability and find it as a source of strength; to see myself as less of a burden and more as a student who is always learning, just like others, but in a slightly different way. This is not to say that I never find challenges that I don’t know how to overcome on my own, or that I still don’t get nervous when I tell a co-worker for the first time that I have ADHD, but I now have the inner confidence to know that regardless of how others see me, I am an asset. " - Alex, Pfizer
Pfizer colleagues joined the C.R.E.W Non-profit’s Annual “Taking Strides to Save Lives” Colon Cancer 5k Run/Walk in June. 🏃♀️🚶 All proceeds benefit cancer research to find a cure, promote Colon Cancer awareness, sponsorship for families and patients affected by cancer to receive therapeutic services, recreational services and scholarships. Well done Caitlyn for supporting a great cause!
My career advice to others is to dream big and never give up. It’s not always going to be a smooth ride and you may hit roadblocks, but the most important thing is to learn from the experience and move forward. Since I’ve navigated almost my entire life on wheels, it has given me this unique perspective and ability to transform challenges into opportunities for growth. Don’t let fear stop you and take risks because every experience is worth it - Linda, Manager Candidate Experience.
Recently Pfizer Australia colleagues, as part of Pfizer CARES program, came together and organized care packs that will be donated to The Station in Sydney for the homeless accessing shower facilities. Many hands make light work with 🙌 100 colleagues together creating 500 packages for 500 people.
"I’ve been at Pfizer for over 15 years and have seen some incredible advancements for patients all over the world, across countless disease states. However, I’ve never been as proud as when we announced our COVID vaccine. Having worked in vaccines for years, I’m fully aware of the monumental feat this was. Thank you Pfizer and all the healthcare organizations and workers who are fighting this fight! #ScienceWillWin" 📸 laurappolin via IG
