Meet Maritza 👋, Warehouse Inspector, Toluca, Mexico one of the only people at the site who operates specialized forklift equipment. 👩🏭 After 16 years at Pfizer, Maritza is just as happy to come to work as she was on her first day. “I have had other great jobs prior to joining this company, but to me, Pfizer is the best place to demonstrate your skills and abilities that you have acquired along your job path. It is a place where we can develop, and a place where we all have the same opportunities to grow as people.” So what exactly does her role entail? “The easiest way to describe my job is that I am part of the supply chain, my team helps with the storage and distribution of the product, maintaining the standards required to reach patients in a timely manner.” ⏱️ There are certain skills and regular trainings required to operate the various equipment Maritza uses – from the order picker, to the electric skate, to the counterbalance and the double reach.

Meet Jayanthi our Senior Director, Head of Regulatory Affairs, ASEAN Cluster. We have had the pleasure of Jayanthi's leadership and strategic planning support for the past 14 years supporting Pfizer’s Innovative medicines portfolio in Asia. Jayanthi not only manages Pfizer’s strategic and operational support teams throughout the drug development process but is also a member of the Global Regulatory Affairs International, Asia leadership team where she contributes to ensuring efficiency and continuity of our systems’ performance and business operations for the region. Jayanthi has been an avid contributor in aligning our processes so our treatments meet many countries’ regulatory standards and ultimately streamlining the drug development process.
