We are excited to welcome the class of 2023 of the MSCI Internship Program. This week, eight interns join our Coverage and Product teams across our London, Frankfurt and Zürich offices. This 9-week experience includes our Global Orientation program, providing them a great foundation on MSCI products, services, solutions, and our unique culture. Their learning journey will continue on-the-desk with specific projects, complimented by learning roadmaps, senior leadership exposure and mentorship, shaping their careers for success.
At MSCI, we encourage and support #community involvement through global and local initiatives. In the past few months, our employees have been at the forefront of two initiatives aimed at making a positive impact in our communities. Starting in April, our Workplace Technology team organized the #donation of 400 unused laptops across the globe to local schools and NGO’s to help accelerate digital literacy and bring access to underprivileged groups. In addition to that, MSCI’s Black Leadership Network launched into the second year of participating in the Acclivity Youth Mentoring Programme, an 8-month program designed to prepare high achieving B.A.M.E youth for the beginning of a successful professional career. Through #mentorship and guidance, they will equip mentees with the hard-gained soft skills that are not provided within the realms of formal education.
