We celebrated out the first-ever Peak Awards in beautiful Paris, where we hosted our Six Peak winners, or Mountaineers. The Peak Awards is the global awards program and a key operational standard at Sitel Group® designed to recognize those who operate at peak standards – consistently – across all key performance indicators (KPIs).
The Big MAX Book Drive was organized as part of several global activities during MAX Week 2022 to celebrate our culture, our people, and our commitment to education and growth through knowledge. This global initiative's many local beneficiaries are schools, churches, daycare facilities, homeless shelters, libraries, and NGOs. The donation numbers reflect individual donations made by work-at-home associates and book drives organized by our local wellbie and CSR teams.
