We are so excited to share that TRX, short for The Retail Experience, is back and in full swing for our corporate employees! We know how important it is for all of our team members to understand our customers and see our retail team in action. With our TRX program, all corporate employees are invited to work an in-person shift at one of our retail stores every year. Employees complete all sorts of tasks during their shifts including assisting customers, organizing product and even working the cash register! This is a great way for our team members to connect, interact with our customers and ultimately bring back innovative ideas to HQ! #oneteam
At Fabletics, we prioritize the wellbeing of our employees. That’s why for the first time, we’re instituting a Week of Rest, from July 4th to July 8th, in which our corporate office will be closed. The goal of Week of Rest is to allow employees to disconnect and take a meaningful break from work to spend time with friends and family and focus on their own health. While we are thrilled to offer this week off to our corporate team so they can recharge, we also recognize and greatly thank our Retail, FC, and the rest of the staff who are continuing to work to ensure that our customers can continue to enjoy, shop and receive Fabletics products.
