Team Member Spotlight – Joshua Trevino, LNA, Emergency Department Technician, Banner Casa Grande Medical Center, Casa Grande, AZ. Joshua’s journey with Banner began in 2017, as an Environmental Services Specialist. At the same time, he was attending Central Arizona College, working on a nursing degree. The EVS team was able to accommodate his school schedule and Joshua completed his CNA program and obtained his LNA. In 2018, Joshua transferred into his current role as an Emergency Department Technician. With the support of management, Joshua is continuing his education and is working toward obtaining his RN.
