Let's treat every day like it's Earth Day! 🌎 Arbella employees gathered to learn how they can reduce, reuse, and recycle in a way that honors our planet. Arbella will continue to research and implement environmentally friendly alternatives for a more sustainable workplace. We have some great plans ahead! To celebrate Earth Day, employees entered a raffle for Red Sox tickets, received custom Arbella reusable bags, and enjoyed Earth Day themed cookies.
The Arbella Insurance Foundation hosted a volunteer appreciation event to thank all of our dedicated employee volunteers for giving back to their communities and supporting important causes. In 2024, the Foundation received support from 445 Arbella employee volunteers who donated a total of over 1,600 volunteer hours to 25 organizations. At the event, employees signed up for upcoming volunteer opportunities, entered a raffle, and enjoyed a sweet treat.

We celebrated the start of the Red Sox season by Rallying Against Cancer! ⚾ Our Arbella Activities Committee collected donations to support Dana Farber and The Jimmy Fund in their annual Rally Against Cancer. Employees enjoyed some classic stadium snacks and participated in raffles which included a Red Sox themed gift basket and tickets to an upcoming game! 🌭
We are pleased to announce Paul Brady as Arbella’s next Chief Executive Officer, succeeding John Donohue, Arbella’s Co-Founder and CEO of more than 24 years. John will remain a fundamental member of our team, continuing in his role as Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Arbella Insurance Foundation. Paul has been instrumental in Arbella’s success for the past 20 years and we’re thrilled to have him lead us into the next chapter.
We hosted a blood drive to support patients at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Dana Farber! We also got a very special visit from certified therapy dog, Ellie. Dog love has been proven to increase the "cuddle hormone" oxytocin and decrease the stress hormone cortisol.

Introducing the FXB Wellness Center Zen Den! 🧘 This calming space was designed to provide employees with a momentary escape from the day to relax, meditate, read, stretch, or simply sit and have some quiet time alone. Our Zen Den, created by our Wellness team led by Jeanne Freiberger, is one of many health and wellness offerings at Arbella.
This group of Arbella employees spent a morning volunteering with Interfaith Social Services in Quincy. 🙌 Our volunteers spent their time sorting toys for the many children whose families count on Interfaith's amazing programs. 🎲 🧩
For Data Privacy Day in January, Arbella's General Counsel gave out chocolate bars to thank employees for their constant care for personal and customer privacy, 🍫 Protect your data, it's your byte-sized treasure!
