Pros

Literally nothing. They do a great job of selling the mission to get money.

Cons

They treat their employees horribly. Communication and organization is non-existent. They exploit their employees and students in the program. They try to make you feel bad for questioning their unrealistic requests and expectations by saying, "think about what is best for the students." I would never recommend this organization to anyone OR any district.

Pros

The best part of the position is simply building relationships with students and helping to make a difference by preparing them for life after high school.

Cons

Many times you will feel like a glorified data entry clerk whose voice isn't being heard. Communication from management is very poor and there is a lack of transparency (and no interest in listening to the voices/opinions of those employees who are actually doing the work) when organizational decisions are being made.
