Business Outlook
Pros
We have a lot of flexibility on our work model, being able to work remote without the pressure to having to go to the office. We have actual possibility of reaching a good work life balance. There is good incentive to our creativity and ideas and the good ones evolve into projects. Benefits like health plan have improved. Cultural aspects its a perfect fit for me and while a company is just a company, at least we provide wellbeing to our end users.
Cons
Although the company itself stated already, we indeed are a little bellow market average on payment side (but good thing is that the company at least is benchmarking itself with bigtechs only so on the long run this might change)
