Everytime I come to work, I'm shocked that the CEO and the COO haven't been fired yet.

Great bunch of people to work with. They all deserve better.

Cons

Upper management is nose-diving this company into the ground and the Board of Directors doesn't seem to care. The RAPID fails to meet the needs of the communities that find it by frequently cutting service because they don't have enough drivers. Some driver's work an insane number of hours per week to pick up the slack. Their lack of sleep endangers the passengers.

Not being from this city originally I struggle with some routes at first! Management has no integrity or respect for the drivers and minorities are treated worse Certain co workers will lie about you to try to get you fired!
