Pros

Not one comes to mind.

Cons

They’ll lie to you about making you a permanent part of the team. They’ll bring you in, promise you that if they like the way you work, you’ll be converted to a permanent employee with a raise and full benefits within 2-3 months, and if not, you’ll be informed and let go. 1 year and 3 meetings later they’ll tell you it’s still not in the budget. Temps do most of the work while management walks around the office making jokes and piling on more work for others. The work itself is tedious and boring, and the call center is the worst part of it all (which is why temps are always assigned to the call center while permanent employees get to do pretty much whatever they want).

Pros

Good place for people who are starting out in the corporate world at any level. Get experience and learn what it is like dealing with the corporate world. Some of the management team is great to work with and for, some others not so much.Easiest jobs in the world! Do your work and punch out.

Cons

Company would pass up highly qualified people who understand and know the business for another with limited understanding and who just has a degree or MBA in a field. Other than that there are too many cons to mention. If you cannot say anything nice, there is not anything you need to say.

Pros

Tax Credit Co hires highly motivated, talented people and offers some opportunities for growth. It is a good place to begin one's career and develop a sense of what it is like to work within the corporate world.

Cons

Upper management consists largely of underqualified employees who have lofty titles only because they have been with the company since it was a small startup operation. Deceptive and quick to diffuse blame for their own mistakes, senior management needs to be replaced with qualified professionals before they run the company into the ground.
