Pros

They actually give great training, benefits are good, good base starting pay. I do feel like my manager is actually trying to support me

Cons

like all call center jobs, can get monotonous or stressful if customers are combative

free cable and internet. Health care is not bad.

Cons

Every team lives in a silo, there is 0 cooperation between teams. You have to fight to get anything done. No effort is made to hep bring the weeker members of the team to a competent level, its just expected the stronger members will cover their lack. Your on your own for training, and you get zero recognition for it. So it is easy to see why some don't even bother. Worked my behind off for two years, yet I got the same performance review as the poor performers because management was to flippant to actually care. STAY AWAY

Haven’t been able to backfill a role on my team in over four years, constantly receiving “do more with less” directives, limited opportunity for advancement
