In some teams engineers have to find projects themselves instead of waiting for roadmap which is good also but sometimes frustrating.

Uninspiring management team, all of them are cast aways from larger companies looking to find a last place to parasite until the company goes down - failing to deliver business growth and cutting by people almost after every earnings call.
