Pros

Awesome place to work. Got to work on very interesting and complex engineering projects as an intern. And I was given a tremendous amount of trust, responsibility, and autonomy in deciding how to complete the project. The CEO is adventurous and willing to take risks, which makes it a fun place to work.

Cons

If you're happy being at a relatively small engineering firm that's not in a major city, I can't think of many cons.

Pros

Interning at SignalQuest was incredible because you get to work with all sides of a business and see how a business functions on a fundamental level. The people working there are friendly and extremely helpful. If I wanted to learn a different part of the business they would make sure to incorporate it into my day so I could try every part of the business out.

Cons

The only con is the location, there is nothing near Lebanon, NH for a college aged person to do. But other than that, it is a great place to work.

Pros

I learned a ton in this internship. I had a lot of instruction but also room to work and learn. I was immediately placed on projects central to the R&D division and made very real contributions with my projects.

Cons

No real cons. Clear objectives at the beginning of the internship might have been nice. Maybe some professional development?
