      Whatever pros there were have gone out the window somewhere in recent years

      They don’t care. If they mess up the public has to pay not them. They say serving you but the only thing they serve is blame and misfortune. They treat their employees the same. It’s what they call the “mirror” effect. It reflects how they truly feel
