This company does not care if you have any sort of issues that prevent you from hitting the graduation quota. They do not care if you are disabled, pregnant, have a death in the family and need to take extra time off. You will be fired without warning after exactly two months and told you agreed to this despite HR being unable to provide any proof in writing with your signature on it. They also provide you with zero support if you are getting close to the two month time limit and do not take into consideration how a disability or pregnancy can impact your performance and set you apart from your peers. I was terminated at 9 months pregnant while seeking accommodations(that were declined), and received ZERO warning that I was to be fired. I was told I was doing great and I would hit my goals if did the work, my manager never once’s said I was at risk despite me expressing my concerns.
