Pros

- I had an amazing team here with an amazing manager and client. Sadly I had to let go due to some personal reason. - Permanent WFH with device provided (not all LOB though).

Cons

- HR is the worst department here. - Now that they are sold to Ubiquity, a lot of cost cutting is happening. Our annual appraisal recently was so underwhelming despite getting very high score compared to last year.

Pros

Everything has been excellent from training through production. My manager ensured that I had everything I needed to be fully equipped and supported. She promptly coordinated with IT when I experienced audio and mouse issues. The training team has also been proactive in reaching out to check on our needs and has been very receptive to feedback.

Cons

I can't think of anything.
