Base Pay is decent, Schedule Flexibility, Unique Manufacturing environment. 401K.

Cons

Lack of pay raise when moving up in the company. Pay medical benefits fully out of pocket, Very high hours per week (60+). Always on call. Very bad communication between departments. Management.

Good starting pay right out of college Good Benefits

Cons

No possibility for any promotions, coming out of college with a bachelors of science and I was placed in a specialist role and was told I would be there for at least 4-5 years before I could ever move vertically.
