Pros

The only pros are the co-workers.

Cons

There is zero effort put in by leadership to rebuild company culture. The expectation to work in office 3 days a week is a responsibility that’s set on the shoulders of a small percentage of employees in the company. The policy is not applied fairly across the company, with people having been hired as “remote” employees and certain positions and entire departments being allowed to work completely remote. Furthermore, there’s little opportunity to progress career wise in the company as majority of open jobs/roles are being filled externally.
