Pros

Some of the employees are dedicated and very kind. Benefits were decent.

Cons

No work-life balance, little opportunity to advance unless you’re family or friends of the CEO.

Pros

I believe the benefits are fair

Cons

This company preaches their 5 core values. Sadly, these are not followed by many of those that hold a Management, Director or V.P. position. There are too many friends and family working here, many of them are not qualified for their positions and most of them work a part time schedule. Employees are not listened to, spoken to, or even acknowledged by fellow workers or Management. (Specifically, in HR) Recently someone of upper management in HR was awarded a company award for “Respecting Individuals”, this is baffling and could not be further from the truth.

Pros

Advancement opportunities as long as you do not disagree with someone in the "clique". You can learn a lot about what NOT to do from most executive, director, and HR leadership. My blood pressure dropped the minute I left the toxic environment that you are put in by most of their incapable executive and director staff.

Cons

Executives, directors and HR hide things from the CEO, so they can continue to treat employees terribly. Concerns brought to their attention from my exit interview and other's have been swept under the rug to protect people. It was impossible to move the business forward when most leadership is clueless. They are running valuable people out of the business on a daily basis because of the constant disrespect. I witnessed a VP disrespect a Manager numerous times, when the manager did nothing wrong other than be more knowledgeable and a better leader than the VP. They fear capable people and treat them worse than others, by spreading rumors about them to prevent them from succeeding. You are made to feel "less than" on a regular basis by leadership, if you are not one of their favorite people. Most promotions are based on favoritism, not knowledge and skillset. There is a lack of accountability and oversight, which is why no one realizes how volatile their execs, directors, and HR really are. The treatment was so terrible that I felt like I was going to have a heart attack from the stress and that ultimately led me to leaving.
