Great Company but is losing focus corporate senior management is out of touch with branches.

Great benefits but have to work there five years to get them. Flexible in hours . Company bonus plan Pay middle industry

Cons

Poor Regional Manager no motivation from Tampa area or Winter Haven Regional bad month staff behind there back and are on power trips more concerned about themselves than leading and motivating. Seam to create drama and stir up conflicts.Senior Management chief never seen in branches never have time for retail staff.

Credit Union values great. 7 to 7 is flexible.

Cons

Sales more important than service. Sexualized behavior from Sr Mgmt with males. Favoritism in other regions non Lakeland. Promotion depends on managers moods. No real merit in promoting talented employees. Corporate needs to focus in on Regionals then weed out managers. Branch salary employees should clock in. Too much fraternizing and personal business on company dime.

Zilch. The moment I started was dismal at best.

Cons

Mean spirited, unprofessional, horrible coaching. No time off for sick days. Intimidation was their primary form of training/coaching.

We offer a variety of benefits to part time and full time staff, one being Paid Time Off that begins accruing the first day of employment. Other benefits have a waiting period 60-90 days after start.
