Pros

Kohler is truly a standout employer. The culture is collaborative and driven by innovation. Leadership is approachable and supportive, and there's a real emphasis on personal and professional development. The company’s commitment to design, quality, and sustainability makes me proud to be part of the team. I genuinely feel valued and empowered here.

Cons

Communication between departments can sometimes be a challenge, especially during periods of change. Some processes can feel overly complex or slow-moving due to legacy systems.

Pros

I honestly wish I could provide something to give but sadly nothing is good working for Robern a division of Kohler.

Cons

My recent experience with Kohler/Robern has left me utterly disillusioned. Robern's lackadaisical approach to professionalism and employmees is nothing short of appalling. From indifferent staff to a blatant disregard for employees work life balance and satisfaction, my experience is a masterclass in disappointment. Navigating their convoluted processes feels like wading through a swamp of incompetence. It seems that the concept of efficiency eludes them, as timelines stretched beyond reason and communication falter at every turn. One can only wonder if they deliberately try to set a record for the most frustrating experience. Their products, touted as exemplars of quality, proved to be nothing more than a veneer of mediocrity. Subpar craftsmanship and questionable durability left me questioning the very essence of their brand reputation. It's disheartening to witness a company prioritize profit over product integrity. In an era where employee and customer satisfaction should be paramount, Kohler/Robern's blatant disregard for this principle is not only regrettable but also a testament to their misplaced priorities. If you're seeking a company that values your time, money, and sanity, look elsewhere. Kohler/Robern is a glaring example of how not to conduct business.

Pros

-Salary is fair -Lots of opportunities for advancement and you do learn a lot -Benefits are decent -Loved the Prevea clinic -Good resume builder

Cons

-The culture is toxic and run like a "good ole boys club." -Expectation is to work evenings and weekends. If you don't, you're not working hard enough. -We even had to pay for our own water to use at work -This company is a good resume builder, but if you want to have hobbies and a life outside of work. I would not recommend. -Random con, but just shows how stingy Kohler is - Associates have to pay to attend the company Christmas party that is hosted at Kohler-owned facilities -If the P&L doesn't look good, first expense cut is associates, even if the person had been a loyal Kohler employee for 20+ years
