Pros

You get to talk to alot of different people across the country that are mostly elderly and they are from all walks of life that have carious issues (mainly premium billing and service billing issues) which gives you the opportunity to get your feet wet with experience solving new problems which is fun. Training was in depth although planning and scheduling was a tad off and a bit unorganized

Cons

Management is lazy. Not willing to take feedback to advance the systems we worked on

Pros

Autonomous work in hospice, but the division is close knit and do not treat new members fair.

Cons

Bad management, not clear expectations. I wouldn't work under elizabeth unless I was a woman, but they seem dead set on hiring men then firing them.
