Benefits like medical, canteen subsidies and phone allowance

Cons

The company is good but the management is terrible. A few complaints have been made but no action taken. Hiring and firing is their things. Operation head is too toxic. Always scold workers with vulgar words and not respect workers. Always bullies and create unhealthy environment.

Poor management, very low pay, extremely hard to get 40 hours a week. Does not hold employees accountable. Almost no advancement.
