Toxic culture, full of discrimination (if you are a person of color, Latinx, have a disability/FMLA, or become pregnant, you will be mocked by some feeble-minded superiors - however retaliation is widespread so reporting it gets you nowhere and they'll eventually get you on something else. The company hires managers who are mostly former criminals themselves, many are related, so they know the "game" and will bully or harass you without getting caught up in the "policies". You will be yelled at and threatened by supervisors. Plenty of drug/alcohol activity on site, supervisors carry guns and will have their "boys" who will pull you into the bathroom (no cameras) and rough you up if you're not doing what they want - HR is fully on their side, protecting them at any cost with their lawyers. When hired you will sign a document saying you agree you can be fired at any time for any reason. This company is very corrupt and unless you are ok to be someone's whipping post, look elsewhere, especially if you have any self-worth or marketable skills. You will constantly be lied to and manipulated in order to do what they want. There are many other good places to work if you look.

- Horrible management - Work culture that doesn’t foster growth - Your relocation does not cover relocation. - Projects here have no value to your career. -Projects take years to be put on -No mentorship you’re on your own. - Your salary will have money taken from it for “unpaid holidays” - Little PTO - No parking (get ready to take the bus everyday) - Deceptive HR - Turn over rate of 60% do I need to say more?
