The company think they provide competitive benefits to employees, but some employees know they are not because their spouses work for competitors. The company advertises like employees are very satisfied, but many of my coworkers don't agree. First, they highly regard line-workers (UAW) than competitors, but hard-working regular salaried employees are treated with a drop-in-a-bucket annual bonuses.
