Pros
The absolute only reason someone should consider working at this dictatorship company is Railroad Retirement benefits. Working at the UP will certainly make you appreciate other companies that have a sincere appreciation for their employees.....unlike the UP’s management.
Cons
After 20+ years of working in this toxic armpit of a railroad, the list of ‘cons’ is far too long to list. The CEO, Fritz, is only out for himself. He’s paving the road to a political career after ruining one of the best railroads in the world. He’s a money & power hungry to an extreme. He has no respect for the boots on the ground employees who COULD make this company great.
