During the coldest winter day in WI, company shut off the heat to save money. They will work you like a dog and not care about you at all. The place is run SO poorly, management takes zero accountability for anything people will stab you in the back and then smile right to your face. Union is complete garbage, no one stand up for their union members or advocate for workers right with the company what's so ever. If you are thinking of working here, think again and run in the opposite direction has fast as you can.
