Working as a Store Leader has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company provides a fast-paced environment where hard work, leadership, and personal growth are truly recognized. I’ve had the opportunity to develop strong operational, coaching, and team-building skills while working alongside supportive leadership. I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operations and team development and I can say everyone I have met from varying departments are smart, kind and driven individuals that are focused on being a leader in this industry. One thing I appreciate most is the culture. The expectations are high, but there is also a strong focus on support, development, and creating a positive environment for both team members and customers. Leadership genuinely encourages growth and gives you the tools needed to succeed. The role itself is dynamic and never boring. Every day brings new opportunities to problem solve, coach the team, improve operations, and connect with customers. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and staying engaged throughout the day. The company also does a great job recognizing performance and creating advancement opportunities for people who are committed to excellence. Overall, it has been a very positive experience and a place where I’ve grown both professionally and personally. This place has changed my life for the better.

Cons: This probably isn’t the place for someone looking to coast through the day doing the bare minimum. The environment is fast-paced, growth-oriented, and leadership-heavy, so people who aren’t open to feedback, teamwork, or pushing themselves may find it challenging. The company puts a lot of value on being smart, kind, and driven — which means accountability and personal growth are part of the culture. If you enjoy developing people, solving problems, and continuously improving, you’ll thrive here.

- Welcoming culture of being Smart, Kind, and Driven. They put heavy effort on protecting this and ensure that everyone working here focuses on developing these attributes. It is the primary reason I stay, because this culture promotes a positive and safe work environment even during hard times. - At least here in the R&D department, we focus on serving each other, and seeking opportunities to work as a team to accomplish our tasks. We are more effective, efficient, and balance out each other's weaknesses by working collaboratively. I could not ask for a better team.

I feel reasonably compensated, but it could be better. I have found it can be quite a stretch to live on and raise a family in the local area as a single source income. The benefits and bonuses in this company can also be weaker than other companies. (Health care, dental and vision benefits are not as good as other companies I have seen). However, I expect this to change as the company grows, and as I continue my career, and the benefit of good culture and a great team outweigh the cons.
