Pros

Good product. Good name recognition.

Cons

They don't value sales reps' time. Since this is a commission only sales job, they can hire as many reps as they see fit. The problem is when there are only enough leads for 3 sales reps to run, and they go ahead and hire 6. The manager ends up with a choice. Do I equally distribute the leads, so that everyone starves, or just go ahead and keep feeding the leads to my top guys, so I don't lose them, to heck with the rest of them.

1. The pay is decent. 2. Decent benefits

1. It is a small business model despite it being a such a large company, so room for growth is not of abundance. 2. It seems the company has a habit of making changes that are not beneficial to employees or customers. Leadership just complains instead of being proactive to implement positive change. 3. I have never in my life experienced anything like working at this company in such a negative way. To witness upper management blatantly lie on me without any proof. And to receive the support
