It's a job in a crunch.
Cons
Executive leadership and management, lots of gossips and chasing away the good people and breaking people down until they have no joy at work. Those who can't leave will sell their souls to and lie out of self preservation. Very sad. Travelers beware they will break your contract even though they say they are short nurses.
