      There are no pro's working for a disorganized company without any vision for the future. C-suite is disconnected and does not value any input that goes against their narrative.

      Cons

      The compensation is below industry standard. They are actively reducing fringe benefits. There is no reason for someone who wants a real future to work for NOV.
