Pros
Mediaocean is essentially a monopoly of the agency side back office buying management systems after the merger of 2 companies in 2012. You will learn the industry if you are put on the right team.
Cons
Vista Equity Partners acquired a majority stake in Mediaocean n 2015. Since that point the corporate culture was radically changed from the founder's vision. Managment is ineffectual as they know how to somewhat drive "sales" to provide growth performance to VEP but many acquisitions seemed to be failures in the end. Additionally, newer senior and mid level management don't know how to build a cohesive team. Very poor moral in the company across many different teams. There are some bright spots, but they are few.
