They offer maximum amount of support, feedback, free educational courses, and other opportunities to pick up extra assignments in the teaching off peak months. This is a very supportive educational agency that's very rewarding to one's career wellbeing; although, it appears teachers have a heavy workload and responsibility. Therefore, paras are now more vital to help keep the overall classroom on task. Overall Kelly is top tier in supporting the local school's with substitute teacher assistance! Therefore, I feel maybe since the additional support is needed to the school's permanent staff; i think the pay rate should be looked into so that there can be a pay per hour increase.

Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board

There aren't any cons that I can think of at this time.
