      - S h i t t y work culture, be ready to attend random calls in middle of customer call, projects etc and even ad hoc last night calls for simple status updates - No increment, forget about promotion - Regular performance review - They make sure you suffer in FNF settlement, annual leaves were never paid correctly, and you will never get fair justification on lesser amount.

      Low pay, no Communication. They Lie. My contract ran out, We had a lot of work and not enough people. They told me they were exyending my contract and to come back to work on Monday. I went to work on Monday and I was locked out of the system. All my id's were disabled. I have been waiting for two weeks to be rehired. At first people were sending out emails to find out what was going on, now there is nothing. I've been ghosted. This happened to a number of people. Plus the people they just let go !!!!!
